To visit Detached Artist Archive Hobart (DAAH) – for private tours – or Detached Performance and Project Space – for public events, first join the mailing list.
Mailing list recipients will be invited to make pre-bookings when available. This will be the only way to arrange a visit to the archive.
For group and corporate bookings contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to offer a complete and personal experience, only individuals and small groups can be accommodated, for guided tours.
Tours start punctually. Be at the front door 5 minutes before tour begins. Subsequent access to the building will prove difficult, as once the tour begins the front door will be unattended.
Photography and digital recording of any sort are not permitted. Cellular phones must be switched to silent.
Heavy outerwear, bags, water bottles, or umbrellas are not permitted into the archive. Cloakroom provided for personal belongings.
Food and beverages are not permitted.
The exhibits may not be touched or interfered with in any way.
DAAH is suitable only for adults and children aged 16 and over. Due to the nature and the proximity of the artworks and installation, the archive doesn’t grant access to children under 16 years of age.
